Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used. However, we’re committed to making things right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at info@congosoapcompany.com with the following:

We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.

Refund Process
