Return & Refund Policy

We appreciate your support and are committed to ensuring you’re happy with your purchase. All of our soaps are handmade with care using natural ingredients, and we want you to enjoy every bar.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used or opened items for hygiene reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can address the issue.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

• A proof of purchase is required (such as an order number or receipt)

• All returns must be authorized before being sent back

We reserve the right to deny returns if products are not in resalable condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), return shipping will be covered by us. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and include photo documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used soaps

• Custom or bulk orders

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items
